Enkel fransk manikyr med Depend PT fransk manikyr kit

Idag tänkte jag att jag skulle visa hur enkelt det är att göra en stilren fransk manikyr med Depend PT fransk manikyr kit.

Med Depend PT fransk manikyr kit gör du enkelt en fransk manikyr. Kittet innehåller allt du behöver: ett vitt lack, ett skirt rosa lack och ett snabbtorkande topplock. 

På baksidan av kitet står det att instruktioner ska finnas i förpackningen. Det gjorde det inte i min. Men här nedan följer instruktionerna: 

Instruktion

1. Gör rent nageln med nagellackremover.
2. Applicera ett tunt lager av Depends basfärgton över hela nagelplattan, låt torka.
3. Fortsätt med det vita lacket för nageltoppen. Tag minimalt med lack på penseln och lacka tippen först från höger till vänster, sedan från vänster till höger, låt torka. Använder du de medföljande mallarna för att måla den vita toppen, lägg mallen på önskat ställe på nageln och måla sedan som ovan med tunna lager, låt torka och tag sedan bort mallen.
4. Lägg på ytterligare ett tunt lager av basfärgtonen, låt torka. Avsluta med minst två tunna lager överlack. Bättra på med överlack varannan till var tredje dag för bästa hållbarhet.

Mallarna som nämns i instruktionen är inte heller med i mitt kitt men Depend har även en förpackning med bara mallar som man kan köpa. Den hade jag hemma så jag har använt mig av de mallarna. Många av oss har säkert redan ett skirt rosa eller beiget lack, ett vitt lack och ett överlack hemma redan och då räcker det med att köpa mallarna.  Har du stadig hand behöver du inte ens mallarna då fixar du det här fint på egen hand. Men för oss som är lite ostadiga på handen kan mallar vara till stor hjälp. 

Jag fuskade lite när jag gjorde mina naglar här ovan. Jag hoppade nämligen över steg 2 och började med det vita lacket och sedan ett lager basfärg. Tänkte att det är lika bra att jag erkänner att jag inte alltid slaviskt följer instruktioner.

Jag är egentligen inget fan av fransk manikyr. Föredrar färgglada manikyrer men hade de här produkterna liggandes här hemma och tyckte att jag i alla fall kunde ta och testa dem. Man kan ju göra tipparna i färg om man är som mig och föredrar lite mer färg. Ett exempel på det kan ni se här.

Today I thought I would show you all how easy it is to make a stylish French manicure with the Depend PT French manicure kit.

With Depend PT French manicure kit, you can easily make a French manicure.  The kit contains everything you need: a white nail polishes, a sheer pink nail polish and a quick-drying top coat.

On the back of the kit it says that instructions can be found in the package.  There where none in mine.  But below are the instructions:

Instructions

1.  Clean the nail with nail polish remover.
2. Apply a thin coat of the base color over the entire nail plate, allow to dry.
3. Continue with the white nail polish for the nail tip.  Take minimal with polish on the brush and paint the tip first from right to left, then from left to right, let dry. If you use the supplied stencils to paint the white tip, place the stencils in the desired place on the nail and then paint as above with thin coats, let it dry and then remove the stencils.
4. Apply another thin coat of the base color and allow to dry.  Finish with at least two thin coats of topcoat.  Add more topcoat every two to three days for best durability.

The stencils mentioned in the instructions are not included in my kit either, but Depend also has a package with only stencils that you can buy.  I had that one at home so I have used those stencils.  Many of us probably already have a sheer pink or beige nail polish, a white nail polish and a top coat at home already and then it is enough to just buy the stencils.  If you have a steady hand, you do not even need the stencils, then you can do this nicely on your own.  But for those of us who are a little unsteady on the hand, stencils can be very helpful.

I admit I cheated a bit when I did my nails here above.  I skipped step 2 and started with the white nail polish and then followed up with a coat of the base color.  I thought it was just as well that I admit that I do not always slavishly follow instructions.

I’m not really a fan of French manicures.  I really prefer more colorful manicures but I  had these products lying around here at home and thought I could at least take them out and try them.  You can make the tips in color if you are like me and prefer a little more color.  An example of this can be seen here.
