Proclé Volume Lip Balm – läppbalsamet för självplågare? 

Proclé Volume Lip Balm beskrivs som ett återfuktande läppbalsam som också ska ge en fylligare effekt. Fylligare effekt ja men det har sitt pris. 

Proclé Volume Lip Balm är berikat med kollagen, chiliextrakt och hyaluronsyra som har en volymgivande effekt. Kollagen och hylauronsyra har jag inget emot men chiliextraktet är en annan femma. Produkten ska appliceras som ett vanligt läppbalsam och efter en liten stund kommer du känna en värmande, stickande känsla. Jag har testat andra plumpande läpprodukter och de brukar kunna pirra lite. Den här svider/bränner. Som om jag skulle ha smort in läpparna med chili. Oj vänta det var ju precis det jag hade gjort. Nej framöver håller jag mig till chili i maten. 

Proclé Volume Lip Balm ger bättre plump än andra plumpande läpprodukter jag testat men det är ju så klart fortfarande en väldigt tillfällig effekt vi pratar om. Speciellt återfuktande upplever jag inte alls produkten utan snarare irriterande pågrund av chilin så jag skulle personligen inte rekommendera den till någon som är ute efter ett återfuktande läppbalsam. 

Nej Proclé Volume Lip Balm är inget för mig. Synd för färgen jag testat (Mauve) är fin och hade det inte varit för chilin hade jag antagligen gillat den. Nu hamnade den i soptunnan.

I’ve tried a lip balm that’s also supposed to give a plumping effect. It does give a plumping effect yes but it comes at a price. 

Proclé Volume Lip Balm is enriched with collagen, chili extract and hyaluronic acid which has a volume-giving effect.  I do not mind the collagen and hylauronic acid, but the chili extract is another thing.  The product is applied as a regular lip balm and after a while you’re gonna feel a warming, stinging feeling.  I have tried other plumping lip products and they usually tingles a bit.  This one stings / burns.  As if I had smeared my lips with chili.  Oh wait, that was exactly what I had done.  No, in the future I will stick to using chili in my food.

This lip balm plumps my lips better than other plumping lip products I have tried, but it is of course still a very temporary effect.  I do not experience the product as particularly moisturizing at all, but rather irritating due to the chili in it, so I personally would not recommend it to anyone who is looking for a moisturizing lip balm.

No Proclé Volume Lip Balm is just not for me.  Too bad cause the color is nice and had it not been for the chili I would probably have liked it.  Now it ended up in the trash.
