Recharge med Goodiebox 

Recharge var temat på min andra Goodiebox. När jag hämtade ut den här fick jag även tillfälle att testa deras kundservice. En av produkterna hade nämligen läckt. 

Temat var som sagt Recharge och med boxen ville Goodiebox utmana oss att sänka tempot och ägna oss åt ”slow living”, checka ut från det dagliga slitet och påminna oss om de enkla och väsentliga sakerna i livet ger tydligare fokus och förnyad energi. Ge oss själva mer ”me-time”. Jag är helt för lite me-time. Blir inte mycket av det med en liten bebis men jag försöker verkligen njuta så mycket det bara går av den me-time jag lyckas snika åt mig.

Lite kort om mina tankar om produkterna i Recharge boxen:

HairLust Hair Growth Formula Gummies är ett veganskt kosttillskott i form av gelegodisar som ska innehålla alla vitaminer som håret behöver. Jag har inte testat dessa så vet inte hur de smakar och kan inte uttala mig om ifall de verkligen gör någon skillnad. SEACRET Makeup Remover Wipes är makeup remover wipes som berikats med mineral från döda havet. Jag bryr mig inte så mycket om att de är berikade med mineraler från döda havet. För mig är det varken något plus eller något negativt. Makeup remover wipes är däremot alltid bra att ha. De går att använda till mycket, inte bara ta bort smink. Funkar även perfekt att torka av ett smutsigt bord med t.ex. De är dessutom perfekta när man swatchar makeup. ZARKOPERFUME PINK MOLéCULE 090.09 är en parfym där varma vårvindar varvas med märkt skogsträ och rosa bubbel. Ska dessutom anpassa sig efter din hud och ge en doft lika unik som du. Även parfymer som inte är molekylparfymer doftar olika på olika personer. Den här var jag superglad över då jag länge velat testat den. Tyvärr hade min läckt ut i boxen och var helt tom. Här kom anledningen att kontakt kundtjänst. Mer om det nedan. Lord&Berry Made to Measure Lip color var en rätt neutral läppenna i fin mauvefärg. 

Min kontakt med kundservice:

Eftersom min parfym hade läckt ut och var tom bestämde jag mig för att maila till kundservice. Jag fick på en gång en autoreply som meddelade att de just då var hårt tryck på kundservice varför det kunde ta någon dag innan de svarade. Jag fick ett automatiserat mail varje dag fram till svar från kundservice som höll mig uppdaterad om att de inte hade glömt bort mig. Säkert smart så att folk inte börjar undra men för egen del tycker jag att det hade räckt med första automatiserade svaret eftersom de faktiskt svarade två dagar efter mitt mail till dem. Det automatiserade mailet dag två kändes då lite onödigt. Två dagar efter mitt mail fick jag i alla fall ett svar med en trevlig ursäkt och information om att de skulle skicka en ny parfym. Några dagar senare låg en ny parfym i min brevlåda. Klart godkänd hantering från Goodiebox kundservice.

Today I thought we would have a look at my second Goodiebox. When I opened this one, I also got the opportunity to put their customer service to the test. One of the products had arrived broken.

The theme of the box was Recharge and with the box Goodiebox wanted to challenge us to lower the tempo and devote ourselves to ”slow living”, check out from our daily routine and remind us of the simple and essential things in life give that gives us clearer focus and renewed energy. Give ourselves more ”me-time”. I’m all for a little me-time. I don’t get much of that with a little baby at home but I really try to enjoy the me-time I manage to get me.

A little about my thoughts about the products in the Recharge box:

HairLust Hair Growth Formula Gummies is a vegan diet supplement in the form of gummy bears that’s supposed to contain all the vitamins your hair needs. I haven’t tried these so I don’t know how they taste and I can’t tell you if they really makes any difference.

SEACRET Makeup Remover Wipes are makeup remover wipes enriched with minerals from the Dead Sea. I don’t care that they are enriched with minerals from the Dead Sea. For me that’s neither a plus nor a negative. However, makeup remover wipes are always good to have. They can be used for much, not just removing makeup. They also works perfectly to wipe off a dirty table with e.g. They are also perfect for swatching makeup. ZARKOPERFUME PINK MOLéCULE 090.09 is a perfume in which warm spring winds are interspersed with wood and pink champagne. In addition the perfume should adapt to your skin and give a scent that’s as unique as you are. Perfumes that are not molecular perfumes also smell different on different people. This one I was super happy about since I wanted to try this for a long time. Unfortunately, mine had leaked into the box and was completely empty. Here came the reason to contact customer service. More on that below. Lord & Berry Made to Measure Lip color was a pretty neutral lip in a pretty mauve color.

My contact with customer service:

Because my perfume had leaked and was empty, I decided to contact customer service through e-mail. I received an auto reply telling me that their where many trying to contact customer service at the moment why it might take a day or two before they answered. I received an automated email every day until the response from customer service that kept me updated that they had not forgotten about me. Certainly smart so that people don’t start wondering but for my own part I had been enough with the first automated response since they got back to me only two days after my email to them. The automated email on the second day then felt a little unnecessary. Two days after my mail I received a reply with a nice apology and information that they would be sending me a new perfume. A few days later, a new perfume landed in my mailbox. Clearly approved handling from Goodiebox customer service.
